General information

I decided against a traditional semester course for organizational reasons.

Depending on illness / holidays / etc. it can easily happen, that we struggle with too few time towards the end of the semester or to the contrary there are some units left over. I think with the offered weekly courses we are more flexible and save potential stress.

But for those of you who think in terms of semesters (because of school, university, ...) I recommend a 15 week course!

First of all, I'm sorry if it comes across that way - as a self-employed, studied music educator, I see my fees in the lower average for Vienna. This is my profession and I have invested a lot of time, energy and money in it to be able to accompany you as well as possible on your musical path.

I therefore feel that the price is quite fair.

Since I am nevertheless a strong proponent of socially and financially accessible music lessons, I also offer a cheaper social tariff in a difficult situation. If you are interested, please write me an email to unterricht@as-music.at

Furthermore, I currently have a support program going on: You can apply for a sponsored free course, 50% of which is paid for by students and other donors who have generously paid into my social pot - I waive the other 50% in the spirit of support. Further info can be found here.

Yes, in fact I find that the social component is a very important aspect of making music!

I run my own Discord server where my students can talk about music, exercises and progress and motivate each other! In addition, I organize some challenges every now and then, will inform you about community events and more - I can recommend everyone to participate whole-heartedly! 🙂

To participate in the server, just talk to me in class or send me a Mail.

Furthermore, I will occasionally host community events, such as joint (musical) picnics, concert visits, workshops, and other music-related activities.

Besides my mother tongue German, I can also speak English fluently and Italian rather well!

After your first session I will send you my fee by mail. Please transfer the amount to my account within 14 days.

By public transport:
You can reach me by public transport with U3, buses 77A and 80A, as well as the tram 18 - each at the station "Schlachthausgasse".
Von dort sind es dann bloß 2-5 Gehminuten bis zum Gebäude.

By car:
Quickly accessible via the Lände or the A4 exit "Erdberg". However, there are no designated parking spaces and we are in a zone, where there's a fee on public parking.

The entrance is on Erdbergstraße, there you ring the bell at "Ausdrucksstark" or give me a call and I will take you to my professional classroom in a converted basement compartment.

Sure, but also that's exactly what's fun about it! ;)

However, since my ears and yours are very important to me, I insist on hearing protection or proper closed headphones in class - which I will of course provide you with during our session.
