To ensure the course to run smoothly and to protect me as much as you, there is the need to add a few things to our agreement.
We both agree to the following points:
- If you want to cancel a lesson you'll have to do so at least 48h prior, so that I'll be able to find a replacement or shift the other lessons. In the case of a last minute cancellation the lesson will be counted as taken.
- When I cancel a lesson for whatever reason or it's not taking place due to public holidays, you are ensured to get a replacement for it at a later point.
- The lessons for the Week Courses are supposed to be consumed on a weekly based - the only exception here is the 5 lesson course that can be planned flexible. A few cancellations are obviously fine with justification, but as I'm reserving a specific time slot for each of my students I'd ask you to please be wary of my time too.
